The dishwasher display does not come on. I've check the circuit breaker and connection and it has power. Could the on/off switch be bad or do I need to check a sensor?
Hi Greg, thank you for your inquiry. Ensure the door is properly latched and completely closed. Your model does not have any fuses on this unit that would stop all lights, sounds, and such from operating on the control panel. That means that either your main control board under the dishwasher tub on the right side has failed and needs to be replaced, or it means that your dishwasher is not getting power from your house. Follow the power cord if you are sure the outlet in your house is getting power. The power cord connects to the control board in the bottom right corner of the washer under the tub, and sometimes this plug is not pushed in tight enough to the control board. Try to unplug it and re-plug it back in. If it still will not work, you need to replace the main control board, part number PS8736195. Please reach out to customer service if you need help placing an order. Glad to be of help!

I looked up the part, and bought it. Actually bought two in case it happened again. When I arrived I looked at how it was put together on the other side and t

replacing the sensor was simple, just unplug and turn it out, but didn't solve the problem, it's a float sensor that doesn't show up on the tech sheet in the dishwasher or anywhere in troubleshooting on the internet I could find.
