Tray does not rotate on microwave. How to disassemble to inspect motor

First, unplug the microwave. Remove 6 screws from the bottom to gain access to the turntable motor. Remove the single screw holding motor. Rotate motor to remove. Unplug wiring plug from motor. Reverse procedure to install a new motor PS953622 if needed. Note that spindle for turntable goes on from above and is indexed to the motor. We hope this helps. Which door switch does this model use?I believe my door switch is bad because i have to push and wiggle the door closed to get tray to turn and food to heat.

Thank you for your question. Your microwave has 3 door switches located in a latch body. The part number listed under your model number for the door switches located in the top and bottom of the latch body is PS237421. The part number listed for the door switch that goes in the center of the latch body is PS237422. The switches are sold separately. You will need to test the door switches for continuity with a multimeter to see which one is causing the issue. To test the switch for continuity, set your multimeter to Rx1, depress the actuator button and touch the terminals with the probes. You should receive a reading of 0, indicating that there is continuity. If your switch does not have continuity between the terminals, you will need a replacement door switch. If you need to place an order for the switches, you may order them either online or by calling our customer service line and anyone will be happy to assist you. Your microwave uses 950 watts. My microwave’s stove light switches on and off at random intervals. The key pad is also unresponsive to button presses. It only switches between different modes of the microwave settings while making the beeping sound. What could the issue be?

Turned out the issue was easily solved by replacing a single, inexpensive fuse.
First off, UNPLUG THE MICROWAVE.

... Read morerowave and remove another screw that holds a small metal grill in place. Removing the small metal grill is probably the toughest part of this repair. You kind of have to rock it back and forth a bit to get it to release. Once that's off, you can get to the fuse. I removed the burnt out one with a pair of needle nose pliers. I also put a small piece of cardboard under the fuse when I did this so I didn't accidentally drop it into the innards of the microwave. I did the same thing when I replaced the new fuse. I then plugged the appliance back in and made sure it worked. Once that was confirmed, I replaced both grills.
