Sounds like some type of fan needs to be replaced in the Refrigerator but I don’t know what you call the part to order it.
For model number RM255LASH
Hello Mary, thank you for getting in touch. Your model comes with two types of fan, that are: condenser motor fan, part number PS4138373, and evaporator fan motor, part number PS4138293. The condenser motor fan is located at the bottom backside of the fresh food section and the evaporator motor fan is located at the backside of the freezer section behind the evaporator cover. We hope this information is useful!
The replacement was fairly simple. I removed the existing tray and detached the water line. Once the water line water reattached to the new tray I inserted into the ice maker.
*** The problem I'm having now is the water is not filling up the tray*** Not sure what I did wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
