Oven gives error F2 once heated and then shuts down
For model number RGJ534GEP1
Hi Gary, thank you for your inquiry. The F2 error on oven indicates that the oven control senses an over-temperature condition, meaning it has either exceeded a safe temperature threshold or it incorrectly believes it has. Ensure the oven's vents are not clogged with grease or debris, which can cause actual overheating. If this is not the case, the temperature sensor, part number PS236043, could be faulty misreading the temperature and causing the issue. Glad to be of help!

nd the box. I ended up using a small screwdriver to work the new gasket behind the oven box. The door now needs new springs the tension on them is not strong enough to pull the door shut the way it should there's still room to push the door into new gasket.
