Hi - thanks for helping! We've had our oven since about 2002 and love it. The only issue is that the oven will not get to, nor stay, at higher temperatures. Last night for example, i needed it to get to 400 degrees. The heating and pre-heating light lit up... but the stove never got above 325... this is common. thanks, gemma

Hello, Thank you for your question. You will need to test the Oven Sensor- PartSelect Number PS236043. You can test the sensor with a multi meter, once it is at room temp, the ohms reading should be 1100 or less. We hope that helps.

I don’t have an Owner Guide. I need to know where to check the pilot for the oven. Thank you.
For model number RGB746HED2WH
Hello Ruth, thank you for reaching out. We have attached a relevant video that will help you to access the igniter of the oven. You can test the igniter by doing the continuity test using a multimeter. Connect the probes of the multimeter with the igniter and if the meter shows reading between 50 to 400 ohms, then the igniter has the continuity. We hope this information helps!

Taupe/gray stove grates stained/discolored
I could not get these grates clean, so I called Partselect and they helped me find the model of the same stove that had black grates, drip pans, and burner caps. I ordered the black grates one afternoon, and without paying for expedited shipping, they arrived the next day! They were in original GE boxes (since they make Hotpoint). I am
