After preheating my oven the oven locks and has F-3 code. The only way to unlock is to turn off the power to the oven and wait for it to cool off. Does it appear to be the electronic control panel or the temperature sensor? Thanks for your time.

Intermittently getting error codes F2 and F3, at which time door locks. This is obviously an older oven and I am concerned about a. risk of fire and/or b. not being able to use when I need it most.
