The support assembly has 3 arms and each is approximately 4 inches long. If your cooking tray will not turn, check the support assembly for signs of damage. If no damage can be seen, check the coupler for damage.

Open the front door of the microwave oven unit. Lift out the round glass food tray. Remove the Turntable Assembly and set it asside. Position the REPLACEMENT Turntable Assembly orienting the centering socket to the drive home in the floor of the oven cavity. Gently tap the assembly assuring it mates with the drive mechanism below. Replace the food tray centering it on the Turntable Assembly. Gently move the food tray from side to side assuring that it moves correctly. Close the oven door. Follow instructions that came with the unit for set-up instructions. Done..
