my fridge compartment stays around 32 degrees and the fresh food drawer stays around 28 degrees i replaced the thermistor with one i bought from parts select no luck i tried changing the setting on the fridge display still the same also tried un plugging fridge for 30 minutes and restarting it still the same I cleaned out the lower compartment on the back of the fridge no luck any advice thank you in advance

Hi Robert, thank you for contacting us. Since you have replaced the thermistor, we would suggest checking the damper, part number PS12344992. A stuck air damper can cause the over-freezing. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
