Water dispenses perfectly including extremely hot water. However no cooling of water or in the refrigerator compartment. What’s wrong with the unit?
For model number PXCR33KSS
Hi Ron, thank you for the question. Make sure there is enough air circulation around the unit. Dispense water from the cold water outlet until air is released into the bottle. Check the unit's temperature settings to ensure they are set correctly. You may need to reset them to fix the issue. We hope this information helps!
