Hi Valentina, thank you for the question. The issue is one of the door or micro switches, and you will need to check them to see which one is causing the issue. You would test those switches with a multimeter. They should read 0 ohms if they are working correctly. Anything higher than that and you will have to replace the switch. Door switch, part number PS8754455, and door interlock switch, part number PS8754454, and micro switch, part number PS1019163. Glad to be of assistance!

Microwave fan comes on when you close the door and won’t go off. There is no heat under the microwave. The fan speeds still work fine as does the microwave itself.

Had to replace charcoal filter
Open the front cover by pushing it at the top (where it says “Push”), lifting up and pushing back on top edge of the old filter. Pull it out. Installing the new one is basically just the reverse of those steps! That simple.
