Microwave is approx. 3 years old. Has started to cause breaker to throw. Set breaker several times and unit worked. Now throws breaker each time you set cook time and push start.

Hello and thank you for writing. You would have to establish whether this problem is coming from the microwave or the circuit breaker. Plug the microwave in a different circuit, if it does the same thing you will know that the microwave is the cause, in which case you need to make sure the line fuse PS3486694 of the microwave is not damaged or loose. Good luck with your repair. We hope this helps. Please contact us anytime if you require further assistance.

hello, how do I get to the interior bulb on our microwave? it actually "burnt out" a few weeks after getting our appliance brand new but I just lived with it. I recently replaced the two bulbs under the microwave so I figure I will replace this also. I unplugged it. I unscrewed the cover that also holds the vent but I can't get it off . I only saw video of other microwaves not this one. Do I slide it to the left to take off? I need to know what bulb to replace by getting to it. please don't recommend a repair man. I have my reasons. Do you have a video for me for my model? thank you

Hi Cara, thank you for getting in touch. Please follow the given instructions to replace the light bulb: First, disconnect power at the main fuse or circuit breaker panel. Remove the top grill by removing the two screws that hold it in place. Remove the charcoal filter if it is present. Press the retainer holding the lamp shield in place. Pull the lamp shield out. Unscrew the light bulb and replace it with the 120-130 volt incandescent bulb. The compatible bulb for your model is part number PS8767095. Return the lamp and lamp shield to their original positions, and replace the charcoal filter. Replace the grill and two screws. Reconnect the power to the oven. We hope this helps!

Had to replace charcoal filter
Open the front cover by pushing it at the top (where it says “Push”), lifting up and pushing back on top edge of the old filter. Pull it out. Installing the new one is basically just the reverse of those steps! That simple.

Old filter did seem to be a little thicker (filter material), but the new one was the exact same dimensions, so it went in properly. Wish the filter material was white, so you knew just how dirty it was actually getting. But... :-D

Light bulb went out on my microwave/ventahood. It's the bulb under the microwave that lights up the cooktop area.
Using a screwdriver, removed the cover, pulled out the bad bulb, and easily put in the new one.
