Hello Adrian, Thank you for reaching out. The door latch hooks for this model is only sold as part of the door assembly PS11762765. The latch hooks are not sold separately. Thank you for the inquiry, good luck with the repair!
Where is the fuse located in this microwave? How do you access the fuse?

Hey Danny, thank you for your inquiry. We have researched your model number and found that the fuse is located behind a grill at the top of the microwave on the fuse board. The fuse board is on the right side of the unit behind the control panel. To get access to the fuse, remove the control panel to access the grill on the top right corner of the microwave oven. We hope this helps!

I would like to check the main fuse but don't know how access behind the upper grill.

Hi John, Thank you for writing. There should be a few screws at the top of the Grille and in side the small door on the front of the Grille that hold it in place. Once the screws are removed, you can remove the Grille. We hope this helps!
The microwave is complete dead, and I checked online, they mentioned that if I change the thermal fuse, it might solve the problem. However, I cannot find it on the parts listed. Could you please help me with it?

Hello Helen, thank you for your inquiry. We would recommend checking the fuse, part number PS11763174, to fix the issue. It protects the microwave from damage by shutting it off, if there is a power surge. We hope this solves your problem!
