After the ice storm the refrigerator stopped dispensing ice and water, does not display the ice maker as an on or off option

Hi Scot, thank you for getting in touch. Unplug the refrigerator or flip the circuit breaker at the main panel. Wait at least 5 to 10 minutes to allow the control board's memory chip to fully discharge. If the issue persists, you may need to replace the dispenser control board, part number PS17875621. We hope this solves your problem!

1. Verified good water flow by unplugging incoming water and makIng sure there was good pressure.

2. Re-attached water supply line and unplugged water line after the electronic valve to test water pressure from valve when hitting the dispense button in the front of the refrigerator.

Found very little flow directly after the valve.

Replaced valve and now everything is good. (Refrigerator is less than 2 years old)

Unpluged refrigerator, Removed 1 screw, removed cover, unplugged 2 wiring harnesses, removed second screw in icemaker lifted up icemaker, put new icemaker in pulled down to catch in hooks.installed screw in icemaker, Reconnect 2 wiring harnesses, put wiring harnesses into cutout installed cover, put screw into cover. Plugged refrigerator back in set up icemaker by morning the bucket was full of ice.
