Which model do i need to replace my water filter for the above model number frigerator

Ice maker will not freeze water. Replaced evaporate fan. Still did not freeze water. Replaced ice maker. Ice froze for one cycle of water. No will not freeze again. Please advise

Hello Lynn, thank you for your question. It's not freezing, use a freezer thermometer to verify that the temperature is cold enough for it to freeze. Or maybe there may be a clog somewhere along the supply line. You may want to check the water valve PS12744134. An Isolation Valve is used in fluid management to stop the flow of process fluids in a pipeline, this is usually for maintenance or safety purposes. The ice maker quit making ice the water still works

Hello Zane, thank you for contacting us. According to our research, the issue is most probably with the dual water valve with flow meter, part number PS12744135. It supplies water to the ice maker and water dispenser in the refrigerator. You may need to replace it. We hope this solves your problem!
Ice maker stopped making ice but temperature is still low enough to keep the previous ice frozen. It also keeps making a light grinding sound with a 30 second interval. It does this even if the ice maker is off.

As the grinding sound could indicate a problem with the motor or gears within the ice maker. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
