My top oven temp doesn’t meet setting temp
For model number PGB960SEJ4SS
Hi Anthony, thank you for contacting us. It seems that there is a problem with the oven temperature sensor, part number PS11766869. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!
removed two phillips screws. Unplugged electrical connections replaced unit from PartSelect. They sent holder cover and new bulb (surprise). Great store with great directions.
Unplugged the appliance for safety. Removed two 1/4" screws that held the assembly in place. Carefully removed the wire guard that retains the glass shield. Unscrewed old light bulb and replaced with new part. Reversed the steps after cleaning glass cover.
