Roberta - For model number PCGB940SEJ5SS
November 12, 2025
I need a replacement knob for the high output burner. Do I have to buy a complete set of 5 knobs or can I get just the knob for the high output burner.
Hi Roberta, thank you for reaching out. The burner knob for your high-output burner is sold individually, not as a set of 5. The part number is PS12316728. We hope this helps.
The burner head of the tri-ring burner does not light up completely around when turned on. I have washed it but the problem persists. Can it be fixed or does it have to be replaced?
Hi Josie, thank you for contacting us. Gas holes get clogged by soap scum or mineral buildup. Poke every single hole with a straightened paperclip, safety pin, or stiff wire. Tri-ring caps must sit perfectly flat. If a cap is slightly tilted, gas escapes from one side and will not light on the other. Replace the burner head if the metal ports have rusted away into larger, irregular holes. Its part number is PS12317471. We hope this sorts out your problem!
