This is an authentic Porter Cable replacement part, sold individually. Bevel gear is part of the assembly that raises and lowers the blade on the saw. It mates with another bevel gear just like. It is connected to the 5140083-17 height adj. bolt and then to the 5140083-25 handwheel assembly. The second bevel gear is mounted to the 5140083...Read more-14 height worm. They are both attached to these shafts by two 5140082-88 hex hed screws. If the original gear is plastic these must be ordered separately. Used with the table saws listed below.

This is an authentic replacement part manufactured for use with Porter Cable table saws. The blade guard assembly is a complete part assembly and is used to cover the blade while the saw is in use.
