Should there be springs or straps at top of tub running to corners to control wobbling?

Where does the 4 suspension rods springs go on this model I have bought the rod kit but the 4 small springs I am unable to locate them or find an illustration reference !!??

It sounds like a faulty check drive pulley PS10057144 replace if needed. It is also recommended to check your belt PS11747978 for proper function.

Washer does not dray clothes completely
Hello Eustaquio, Thank you for writing. If the Washer does not wring the water from the clothes, we suggest checking if the drum is spinning during the drain and spin cycle. You can check the belt for wear or damage. The main drive belt is designed to ride on the pulley until the basket gets up to speed. We hope this helps!
