After load complete light comes on and the red light to unlock it keeps running like humming if I turn the load a quarter turn it stops then humming again I have to unplug it

The washer is 1 1/2 years old and after completing the wash cycles, the pump continues to shut off and then turn on again. I have to unplug the unit for it to stop completely.

If the sensor fails or detects "suds lock," it keeps the pump running to prevent a flood. You may need to replace the main control board, part number PS16744865. We hope this helps!
The lights don’t come on. It started running by itself. And doesn’t fully spin dry

After cycle is done and spinning complete the washer has a buzzing sound like it is turned on even tho load is done. I have it unplugged now because nothing changes this!

Why is my washer using hot water when it’s set to cold? I even tried “tap cold” option and still running hot.

You will need to disconnect the supply lines, run water into a bucket to confirm both hot and cold, then reconnect them to the appropriate connection behind the machine.
