Why is my washer using hot water when it’s set to cold? I even tried “tap cold” option and still running hot.
For model number NTW4519JW2
Hi Roberta, thank you for the question. The water supply lines could be connected incorrectly behind the machine. You will need to disconnect the supply lines, run water into a bucket to confirm both hot and cold, then reconnect them to the appropriate connection behind the machine. If this is not the issue, we would recommend checking the water temperature selector switch, part number PS11731444. Good luck with this repair!

water will not shut off with a small load of clothes.
For model number NTW4519JW2
Hello Keith, Thank you for writing. If the washer will not stop filling with water, the most likely culprit is a faulty water pressure switch. The Pressure Switch for this model is part of the Control Board. We hope this solves your problem!

After cycle is done and spinning complete the washer has a buzzing sound like it is turned on even tho load is done. I have it unplugged now because nothing changes this!
Washer is 1 1/2 yrs old.
For model number NTW4519JW2
Hello Gloria, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description that you have provided, it’s likely that a component such as the drain pump or inlet valve is stuck in the “on” position due to a relay issue on the control board. Sometimes, the control board can fail to signal these components to turn off, causing the buzzing sound even when the cycle is finished. Inspect the control board for any signs of burning or damage; if found, the board should be replaced to resolve the issue. The part number is PS16744865. We hope this information helps!

washes fine an when done sounds like water pump start running for no reason an have to unplug
For model number NTW4519JW2
Hi Dean, thank you for getting in touch. According to our research, the issue could be because of the water pressure switch or the water level sensor. When this sensor fails, it cannot detect that the water has already drained, causing the pump to run indefinitely as a safety measure. The pressure switch for your model is integrated into the main control board, part number PS16744865, and replacing it might fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

Hub had warn its grooved teeth off and washer wouldnt agitate
ordered hub and it shipped quickly. I was able to put the hub in place and screw the screws in. you want to tighten them down slowly and go around to each screw tightening a little at a time so you don't break the hub. as you tighten the screws down the hub slides down flush. its impossible to just push the hub on with your hand.
