even when i lower the temp knob it seems to be stuck on high very hot! what part would i need

Hi David, thank you for reaching out. Based on the description you have provided, you may need to check the temperature knob first. If it is fine, then we would recommend checking the temperature controller, part number PS16632005. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope that helps!
