Is there a replacement key available for this model?

Hi Alvin, thank you for your inquiry. There is no “replacement key” for a lost or broken key for most appliances, as every lock comes with its own keys. You must acquire a new lock and its corresponding key. The lock and key assembly for your freezer is part number PS18172409. Glad to be of help!

There is a plastic container at the right rear corner of the freezer that the coil from the compressor is contained. What is its purpose? Is it supposed thave wTer in it?

Hello Ken, thank you for contacting us. The plastic container is the drain pan (condensate drip tray). During the automatic defrost cycle, melted ice drains through a tube and collects in that pan. The compressor's warm refrigerant loop runs near or through it specifically to evaporate the water, that's why the coil is routed there. If you are having some water in it, it is completely normal right after a defrost cycle. It shouldn't stay full for long since the compressor heat evaporates it continuously.
