Hello, I have this model and the control panel on the middle section no longer lights up. I have held the control lock button for 3s+ to unlock. No lights or sounds come from the control box at all. Fridge and freezer still cool. I can’t adjust ice box or change any settings. I think I may need to a new control panel. This problem occurred after moving fridge to a new location. The water dispenser works but I can’t do anything with the controls to set ice or any other functions. Do you think a new control panel is the answer or other ideas? Do you sell the new control panel?

Do you sell the control panel cable that runs through the flex drawer assembly between the side of the refrigerator up to the drawer front? This is a grey colored cable that rolls within the drawer assembly. The control panel located on the flex drawer is blinking on and off as I open and close the drawer. I believe there is a bad wire inside the cable.
