Why won't this unit not power up at all?
For model number MHW6630HC3
Hi Chad, thank you for getting in touch. If the washer does not start, you may first need to make sure there is power coming to the unit. If the unit has power but still does not start, then you may need to check the control panel, part number PS12711863, as it is most likely faulty and may need to be replaced. We hope this is helpful!
F1 E1 code now keeps coming up after I replaced the cold water valve solenoid W11036936 because the code flo lo kept coming up.
For model number MHW6630HC3
Hello Ken, thank you for getting in touch. According to our research, the error code F1E1 means the memory is corrupted or the main control board failure has occurred. We would recommend reset the appliance by unplugging it for one minute. Restore power to the washer and see if the error persists, then you may need to replace the control board to fix the issue. The control board comes along with the control panel, part number PS12711863. We hope this information helps!
Hello Michael, thank you for getting in touch. The shipping bolts for your model have the same part number PS12711597. You may need to order them individually. Glad to be of assistance!

Everything worked perfectly---thanks to the suggestion of your call center agent. She suggested that since the replacement door handles were no longer available, I should consider repainting them--it worked like a charm. Please tell her she was a life saver. We rent that house in Fl and my returning tenants had complained about the discol
