My washer starts. Door does not lock,screen says it washing, no water comes in and drum does not turn . After about 2 minutes then the pump runs for about a minute. Then i get an F6 E3 error code. Says no communication on error sheet. So do i need a door lock or control board ,or display board?

Hi Bill, thank you for your inquiry. Based on the issue description, we would suggest checking the door lock, part number PS16660426. On washers, the door lock must engage and signal the control board before any cycle can begin. If the control board never gets that confirmation, it cannot properly initiate the cycle or communicate with the motor controller and the user interface. Glad to be of help!
