What causes water droplets from around the inlet cover? There is no moisture around the vent above the microwave and not moisture around the vent in the attic.

My microwave power is in but if we select a time (e.g. 1-minute) when we press start all we hear is a low ticking noise.

Dirty Grease Filter
Slide grease filter about 1/2 inch to right (or left) using the d-ring attached to one side and then pull down and out. Push charcoal filter frame slightly to rear and pry down from front. Install new charcoal and grease filters by reversing process. No tools - 5-minutes max!!

I slid the new grill into position and secured it with the original two screws. Could not have been easier.
