I would like to know when turn on power, the screen show f9eo ineed help
Hi Vic, thank you for your question. The F9 E0 error code means that there is an electrical issue in your appliance. It is recommended that you unplug the appliance for about 10 minutes to reset it. If the error continues then you should check your wiring for damage and if that is fine, you may need to replace your control board. Good luck with your repair.

How do i replace the baking element
For model number MER8700DS1
Hello Everett, thank you for your question. First unplug your appliance, then pull it out to gain access to the back. Remove the two bottom screws securing the center panel then pull down to remove. Remove the screws and top panel but be careful. The metal is sharp. Take a picture of the bake element wires to make sure you reconnect them properly. Disconnect the wires and take the oven door off. Open your oven door all the way and push the hinge clips towards the door to unlock them. Close the door until it stops then pull in and out to remove the door. Remove the racks. Remove the 2 screws at the back of the bottom plate. Unscrew the screws securing the bake element in and pull it out. Slide the back terminals of the new element into the holes. Replace the front screw and then the back screw securing the element in place. Replace the bottom panel and screws. Replace the racks and the oven door. Slide the hinges into the slot and push the clips back down. Check your picture and reconnect the wires then replace the back panel. We hope this helps.
