SENSOR
Part #00642855
This temperature sensor is an OEM replacement part designed for use in ovens/ranges. The sensor detects the temperature inside the oven and relays this information to the control board, which controls the heating elements in the oven. If the sensor experiences electrical failure or mechanical damage, you will likely notice uneven cooking, inaccurate temperature readings, and difficulties heating up the oven. You can access the sensor by either removing the back panel of your appliance or by reaching through the oven/range cavity from the front. Carefully disconnect the wires attached to the sensor and pull the sensor out of the appliance. Mount the new sensor in the correct position and reconnect the wires appropriately.

This meat probe is designed to help achieve precise cooking results by accurately monitoring the internal temperature of food while it cooks in the oven. The metal probe is inserted directly into meat and connects to the oven, allowing the appliance to track temperature in real time and automatically adjust or signal when the desired doneness is reached. MOTOR
Part #00642845
Ensure even cooking results with this convection fan motor for select wall ovens and ranges. This essential component powers the internal fan that circulates hot air throughout the oven cavity, promoting consistent heat distribution for baking and roasting. Built for durability and precision, it helps maintain optimal performance and cooking quality. Common signs of a failing motor include the fan not turning, intermittent operation, loud grinding or squealing noises, or uneven cooking. Installation typically requires disconnecting power at the breaker and accessing the motor from the rear of the unit or through the oven cavity, depending on your model.

Removed the wall oven to access temp probe connector strapped to the back of the oven. removed 2 screws holding probe inside the oven & replaced. Searched for the "fixing kit" thermostat part I was suggested to replace along with the probe. No thermostat type part was found in my oven, even though Bosch says it fits "somewhere". Reinstall ed the wall oven & tested. The temperature is working normal now. Will return the fixing kit.
