Dryer squeaks when first starts and stops after a few minutes

There is no wiring diagram for MDE600AYW electric diagram. You only have the diagram for a gas model. Specifically the machine connection at the power block.

My dryer quit working after I had a home main breaker problem. The panel was replaced but I fear a surge damaged the dryer. The dryer will tumble but will not get hot. Do you have any advice on troubleshooting?
