Use a hairdryer on a low or medium heat setting, or pour cups of hot water carefully over the frozen hole until the ice chunks dissolve. Once the ice is melted, use a rigid plastic zip tie, a straw cleaner, or a flexible wire to gently poke down into the hole to break up any dust, mold, or food particles choking the line. Pour a small cup of warm water down the drain. You should hear it easily trickling down into the drain pan beneath your refrigerator. We hope this sorts out your problem!
