The screws to the heating element are seized. What is the best method to remove them?

For model number MCS130
Hello Larry, thank you for your question! To remove a rusted screw spray with a releasing fluid like WD40 and find a screwdriver that fits the screw as close as possible. Try to tighten slightly as the screw head will usually be less worn in this direction and may start to turn, then undo if it has moved. If the screw is damaged, try gripping with side cutters or pliers across the head and twist with a jerk. If all else fails, you may have to drill it out. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Door hinge pin sheared, can I get a replacement
For model number MCS130
Hello Pauline, thank you for your question. We find that the hinge pin is not sold separately. There are two options for a hinge to purchase. The first is Nuova Star Silver Hinge PS16628726. The second is the Episure Door Gold Hinge PS16554189. We hope this helps.

Dacor sent a different bulb # which I CANNOT get back into the oven.
I have contacted Dacor repeatedly with no response, by both phone and left my return contact and email.
I could not be more disappointed in Dacor. All this for a problem which is listed as a home maintenance issue. A light bulb for $41.77 that I cannot install.

the oven didn't heat up on bake
didn't know if this was going to fix it, but i ordered a bake element anyway from a very frendly and knowledgeable lady in nova scotia whom i couldn't talk into coming down here to install it for me, but when the element arrived, i removed the oven door and removed the two grates, removed 2 screws from the element in the back of the oven

and pulled out the element. then hooked up the 2 wires to the new element and then had a slight problem getting the 2 screws reassembled, but got it done. pam prayed, and then baked some bread and it worked perfectly. i'm quite satisfied with one more problem solved!!! ready for the next one!!!
