I am trying to look for this Magic Chef over the range microwave handle. If I can't get the exact model number could I get something of a similar model that will work?

I looked up the part and it is listed as No Longer Available/Discontinued sorry. There are no part substitutions listed. Is the MCO160UW the same dimensions as the old MCO153UW?
