FFE appeared on the door, unplugged as instructed, reset for for about two hours and FFE reappeared. Does the fan need to be replaced or the entire motor?

Hello Sherlyn, thank you for your inquiry. The error code you mentioned indicates the freezer fan error. We would recommend checking the evaporator fan motor, part number PS12383671, to solve the issue. We hope this helps!

This couldn't have been easier. Two tiny screws in the front needed unscrewed, and then two plastic clips in the middle just had to be popped lose. Finally, you unplugged the power cord.
