Hi Kenneth, thank you for reaching out. If your refrigerator's ice maker has stopped making ice, start by checking if the water supply line is connected and not blocked or frozen. Make sure the ice maker is turned on and the freezer temperature is set to 0°F (-18°C) or lower, as it won’t make ice if it’s too warm. Also, check the ice maker's arm or sensor to ensure it's not stuck in the "off" position. If all these seem fine, the issue could be with the ice maker unit, which may need replacement.
