Why no lights come on in panel but I have power on ac cord and outlet

Hello Felix, Thank you for the question. If there is power going to the Unit and not powering on, this could be an indication the Main Power Control Board is faulty and may need to be replaced. on my LG portable a/c the hose was split..I called and received the part in two days and was able to put it on without any tools and my unit is working perfect...I am so very happy and glad.
