Having light problems. Have exchanged light housing, no luck. Switch will still turn on fan but not light, is it a transformer problem and how to replace the transformer

The only poroblem I had was finding the Model number. I entered WWW….instead of WVW (my eyesight and error??.Receiving the new filters was prompt! THANK YOU!
