My kitchen aid under counter ice make will stop making ice and the on/off button and the Max ice button will start blinking. It usually happens after 4 or 5 rotations of ice making and dropping. Any idea?

Our ice machine is not making ice. The reservoir is not filling up. We ordered and replaced the water inlet value and still not making ice. Other thoughts?
Hello Glenn, thank you for contacting us. We believe your model is having this problem because of a faulty sensor as it is not detecting correctly the level of water in the reservoir. You may need to replace the sensor, part number PS11755513. We hope this helps.
can the ice cubes be bigger, or can we get a part that will make that happen. The cubes are too small and melt too quickly.
Hello Dee, thank you for your inquiry. According to our research, when the ice cubes are small or hollow, there is low water pressure. This occurs when the ice maker does not get enough water before it freezes and dumps ice into the bucket. Make sure your water supply valve is open all the way. ... Read morerder a motor/fan, do NOT order the metal fan as a plastic fan comes with the motor. What's strange is the new motor is different than the old one, but it still mounted without any required modifications. I did NOT use the wire harness that came with the motor either as it was different too, but my old one was still good.
Check all of your parts as my fan had a cracked blade, but I used "superglue" and it's fine now.
Fridge stays cold and my wife had to lower the temperature in the fridge as she was blasted by the cold!
