The locked, light stays lit. I have cut power to the machine by turning off the circuit breaker. But the light remains lit when the breaker is turned on. is there another fix?

Hello Joseph, thank you for getting in touch. You will need to turn off the controls lock “Locked” by pressing and holding the ProDry button for at least 3 seconds. Similarly, it can also be turned on the same way to avoid unintended use of your dishwasher, or cycle and option changes during a cycle. We hope this helps.

The controls of the lower drawer are dead. The upper drawer is operating normally. Is there a reset button somewhere for the drawer controls?

Hello Randy, thank you for the query. To reset the dishwasher, you will need to unplug the appliance for a few minutes and restart it. If that does not help, then either the control panel, part number PS11748545, is faulty or the wire harness, part number PS2326941, is damaged and needs to be replaced. Fiddled around for a few minutes trying to fit the tabs in the holes. Finally figured out it just twisted to put it back on. Very simple but it looked more complicated that it was.
