Water discharge plastic pipe under freezers side Leaks.
For model number KSSC48QVS05
Hi Agostino, thank you for your question! Every 8-12 hours, your refrigerator goes into a defrost cycle to melt the ice off the evaporator coils. The water then goes down the defrost drain tube to the defrost pan under the fridge. If the tube gets stopped, it will cause the water to back up into the freezer floor and freeze. The drain will have to be cleaned out. The drain is located behind the freezer panel in the freezer, under the evaporator coils. You will need to remove the back panel and look under the evaporator coil for a small hole where the water is supposed to drain. Use an air hose or a turkey baster and hot water to blow the drain out until the water drains properly, and it will be fixed.We hope this information helps!

First I shut the water off to the refrigerator.then i pushed the big button in the middle of the grille below the refrigerator door. pulled out the old filter, took the front cap off the old filter put it on the new filter. took the two red caps off the new filter. pushed the filter in till it locked in place. all done!
