When I looked underneath my fridge, I noticed the drip pan is full of water. 1. How do I get the drip pan out from underneath to empty it? 2. What is causing the leak?

Hello Cheryl, Thank you for your inquiry. You will need to pull out the refrigerator from the wall, and take off the bottom panel on the back of your refrigerator in order to access the drip tray for replacement. The water collects through the drain tubes after the defrost cycle and is evaporated by heat from the evaporator and condenser. It could be caused by multiple reasons, so you first want to check the drain tubes for any obstructions. Check the condenser and evaporator coils for an excess dust. Any excess water can also be produced by the defrost system, so we would recommend checking the defrost heater and defrost thermostat. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

Front wheel was broken when moving refrigerator
Lifted the front up onto a scrap 2x4 to get it off the ground and it had 1 bolt that you removed to get the old item off and replace with new assymbly and 1 bolt to re attach. This sat broke for over a year becuase I thought it would be alot harder to fix, found the part on parts select ordered it recieved it in approx 2 days and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes. I would recommend parts select to anyone who told me that they had a appliance broken.
Thanks
