Mixer originally had intermittent speed & occasionally started in the off position. I ordered from you a speed control plate & a phase control board. After install the mixer worked briefly at high speed, stopped and now nothing...ideas??

Hi Tracy, Thank you for your question. If you have just replaced the speed control plate and the phase control board and your mixer is still not working correctly, you will need to check the speed governor and you will also need to make sure that the speed control lever and speed link are tightened and clear of debris. You should also test the electronic parts with a multi-meter to make sure that they are working correctly. We hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

This Kichenaid Stand Mixer works great ... until there is resistance, i.e. works fine with empty bowl, but once I put something in it, I just hear noise but it is not turning. What part(s) do I need to fix this?

Speed Control Lever KNOB BROKEN

Pulled the Knob off of the new Lever then pressed it on the old Lever. I had to order the whole lever because it was the part nearest the knob in the illustrated parts break-down. I RECOMMEND THAT THE KNOB BE ADDED TO THE ILLUSTRATED PARTS BREAK-DOWN.
