I need child proof knob covers for my stove. Can you tell me where i can get 4 of them?

convection fan motor not working
For model number KSDG950ESS1
Hi James, thank you for contacting us. Based on the description, the issue is with the convection motor, part number PS12745419. We would recommend checking the convection motor to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
Hi James, thank you for contacting us. We have attached some relevant instructions, which may not be of the exact same model but will help you while replacing the convection motor. In order to replace the convection motor. Open the oven door and remove the racks. Un-thread the convection fan assembly mounting screws and detach the assembly from the rear interior panel. Disconnect the wire connector. Prepare the new convection fan assembly for installation by transferring the cover from the old assembly to the new one. Connect the wire connector and align the assembly on the rear panel. Reassemble the unit. We hope this helps!

Bottom element only getting 120 volts

Hi Pete, thank you for reaching out. We would suggest checking the oven temperature sensor, part number PS11726314. Because if the sensor probe is damaged or dirty, it may send incorrect resistance signals to the control board, causing it to think it has reached higher temperatures or to shut down prematurely. Replacing it might fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
I numbered every part. ex: 1 L., for first part removed left side. I used a magic marker to circle the holes and wrote the number of screws used on the part, set the srews in a separete place, so that I new where these screws went to. ($600.00 stove 2 years old)Please Note: The insulation blanket needed for the entire stove is two pieces, the sides and top are one part # and the bottom and back, are another part #. All you have to do is unplug the oven, take out the bottom pan covering the element by removing 2 screws in the back, remove the lower small cover on the back of the oven and then unplug the old element, unscrew the old element on the inside of the stove, then install the new element and put everything back like it was. Nothing to it. It worked like a charm and my oven now heats up fast again. Easiest appliance repair job ever!
