Water dispenser drips and leaks water continuously when not in use. It is still doing this after the water filter has been replaced. Please advise on the proper repair.

Hello Jim,
Thank you for your question We have done an investigation into your model KSCS25FKSS02, we have discovered that the Water Tube Kit would be the most accurate cause of your symptoms. Do I need a blank filter or a plug if I don’t want to use the water filter? Thank you for your help.
For model number KSCS25FKSS02
Hello Bethany, thank you for getting in touch. According to our research, your model does not come with any blank filter or bypass plug. You can run the dispenser without a water filter, but your water will not be filtered. You may need to remove the water filter and then slide the water filter cap from its end. After removing the filter, insert the water filter cap into the base grille until it stops. We hope this helps.

Hi I have the 2003 model and I can not figure out how to properly install the fridge drawers especially the last drawer ! Please help I’ve looked everywhere for a video !
For model number KSCS25FKSS02
Hi Miyah,
Thank you for your question. According to your owner's manual, to remove the drawers, slide the crisper or meat drawer straight out to the stop. Lift the front of the drawer with one hand while supporting the bottom of the drawer with other hand and slide the drawer out the rest of the way. To install the drawer, slide it back in fully past the drawer stop. We hope this helps!

Ice Maker quit working, I could manually cycle unit but then the water would overflow when unit was re-filling.
I backed out the 2 top screws about a quarter inch and then removed bottem screw with a quater inch nut driver. I then lifted Ice Maker clear of the two top screws and lowered it enough to unclip the power connection with a small screwdriver. The new Ice Maker was wired correctley for my refrigeator so all I had to do wea reconnect the
