My pitcher seems to be leaking out the bottom when in use. I’ve tried to tighten it. Is there another way to tighten it?
For model number KSB560ER1
Hello D, Thank you for the question. If the Jar is leaking it will need to be replaced. The parts to the jar are not sold separate and it can not be tightened down. We hope this helps!
