Hi Karen, thank you for contacting us. It seems that you are referring to the drawer roller or its axle. You can install it by aligning it on the drawer, then inserting the axle and snapping it into place. We hope that helps!

Refrigerator side not cooling- I purchased a new thermistor from you last week - one day after installation the refrigerator was cooling but not consistently- for 12 hours the temp will be 20-30 degrees but then it will be 40-45 degrees for next 12 hours. I tried resetting by unplugging for 5 minutes. Still having issues. IS this a control board problem?
For model number KRSC703HPS01
Hi Thomas, thank you for reaching out. The issue could be with the control board, but before replacing it, ensure that you have installed the thermistor properly and there is no ice buildup. If these are fine, then we would suggest checking the evaporator fan motor, part number PS12741656. It blows cold air from the coils into the compartments. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!

while closing the door, the light switch fouled, resulting in the switch breaking
I used a flat screwdriver and released the lock tab on the bottom of the light switch, and pried the switch out, being careful to not damage the plastic around the mounting place of the switch, unplugged wiring from old switch, plugged in the new one and pushed the new switch into place. Job finished light switch now working.

Had to replace a hose connector at the base of my refrig/frreezer
Perhaps a helpful hint:
When aI received the hose adapter/connector, I inserted the 2 hose ends only to have water drip from the connection.
I used a utility knife to remove an inch from each side, then reinserted the hoses. That made the differnce. Dry as a bone.
