Freezer compartment setpoint at -1 dgf, unit only cooling to 25 dgf. Items in freezer not staying frozen.

Hello Leon, thank you for contacting us. Check that all air vents inside the freezer are not blocked by food or containers. Good air circulation is crucial for the freezer to cool efficiently. Inspect the door seal for any signs of damage or wear. A compromised seal can let warm air in and prevent the freezer from cooling efficiently. Check the temperature sensor, part number PS12730963. A faulty thermostat might not accurately sense the temperature, leading to cooling issues. We hope this information helps!
