How to remove the ice maker?

Hello Alex, Thank you for the question. Make sure you turn the power off going to the appliance. Once you have the power off you can look on the underside of the Ice Maker and remove the screws holding it to the Mounting Bracket. Once removed from the bracket, you can unplug the Wire Harness and pull the Ice Maker out. We hope this helps!

Thank you for your question. There is no air filter listed for your refrigerator, but if you have a recurring odor inside, it may be coming from stale ice cube. If ice cubes are not used regularly, they can become stale and they will also absorb odors from the food you keep inside the refrigerator. If you have ice cubes that have been inside the refrigerator for a long time remove them, clean the refrigerator and see if this resolves the issue. Also replace the water filter every six months, so you are getting clean water and make sure to place a clean box of baking soda inside the refrigerator, so it can capture odors. We hope this helps! Please advise where could I get water filter for this model

Pressed in the end of the filter cover, lowered it down part way. Twisted the old filter 1/4 turn and removed it. Set in the sink to drain. Inserted new filter and twisted it to lock. closed cover. Done. Total time @ 1 Minute.
I removed the drop-down outer housing by gently prying the sides of the two pivot pins at the rear. This gave me move 'room' to grip and slightly rotate then pull the old filter forward and away from the tight suction connection. I was concerned that I would be too forceful for the plastic assemblies and would break something; deliberate motions and a steady thought process on the problem helped disengage the darned old filter!
