Started the self clean. The cycle didn’t finish. Oven door locked and display panel is not illuminated. What can I do?

Hello Jean, Thank you for the question. This can be caused by a defective Temperature Sensor, Electronic Clock Oven Control or Motorized Door Lock Latch. You would need to test each part with a multi meter to see what is defective. We hope this helps!

We turn the oven on but it doesn't get hot enough anymore. For example, we set it at 400 but it doesn't get higher than 170 (reported on the oven display). What might the problem be? Igniter? Bottom heating element?

Why does my oven keep blowing a fuse when I use self clean is there a fix for this
For model number KGRA806PSS00
Hi Kathleen, thank you for reaching out. Based on our understanding of the issue, you may need to replace the cooling fan, part number PS11722995. When you run a self-clean it should also run a fan to cool the components. We hope this sorts out your problem!
