Lewis - For model number KECC607BBL02
October 20, 2025
Do you carry an infinite switch? I just ordered a new control panel, installed it, but all four elements still have no heat even though all the lights work normally.
Chris Boyle Profile
Hello Lewis, thank you for reaching out. Your model does not come with infinite switches. This model uses touch-activated electronic controls to drive the surface elements. Since you have replaced the control panel and the issue still exists, we would suggest checking the control board, part number PS11770129. We hope this information helps!
