It shows up f1e0 a few times. Everytime we turn off the circuit breaker for 1 minute, then it’s good for cook one time only. Same error code come back either after i finish or during cooking. I think i need to replace a part. Could you please let me know which part i need to replace and which item ( item number, website) do i need to order? Thank you very much!

Dale - For model number KECC607BBL01

My glass cooktop to start will only go from settings 4-9. After few minutes of use it then will go to setting 1 on it’s own prior to locking up. Have to shut breaker to power off.
Chris Boyle Profile
Hi Dale, thank you for the question. The issue indicates a control board failure, which is causing the burner settings to glitch and freeze the system into a lockup state. We would suggest checking the control board, part number PS11756141. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this solves your problem!
