Appliance spray paint is a great way to cover up any chips and scratches that have appeared on your appliances. Instead of replacing the part entirely, this is an easy fix. This is also a great way to give a fresh new look to any handles or areas that have discoloring due to wear. Make sure to clean the area before you begin and wear a protective mask for safety. Give the can a good shake and spray a few inches away from the surface. Apply the paint until the area is fully covered as desired. Wait until the paint has dried before using the appliance.

This inner oven door glass panel serves as the heat-resistant interior lining of the oven door, providing both visibility and insulation for select wall ovens and ranges. Made from high-temperature glass with a black-painted exterior-facing side and a smooth interior-facing surface, it helps trap heat within the cooking chamber to maintain consistent temperatures and improve energy efficiency. The panel also contributes to user safety by keeping the outer door cooler during operation. Replacement is recommended if the glass is cracked, broken, or if heat is escaping from the oven door. Compatible with a range of models from Whirlpool and related brands, installation should be performed with the appliance unplugged or the circuit breaker turned off. Protective gloves are advised during handling.

This authentic OEM black touch-up paint is specifically designed for repairing minor scratches, chips, or blemishes on your kitchen appliances. The bottle contains 16ml or 0.6oz of black paint and has an applicator brush under the cap, the same way a nail polish bottle is designed. Restoring these visible damages is important because cracked or chipped surfaces can become a breeding ground for dirt and bacteria. If your existing bottle of paint has a thick or clumpy consistency, do not use it. Remember to shake the bottle before applying the paint to your appliance. Please keep in mind that this bottle is sold individually.

Richard - For model number KEBS209BSS00

The upper oven will not self clean it sounds like the latch is locking but nothing happens. I ordered a new latch and installed it, we ran the clean cycle and the new latch locked, but the cycle didn't run. Then the latch stayed locked and we couldn't open the door.
Chris Boyle Profile
Hi Richard, thank you for contacting us. As you have already replaced the door latch, it seems that there is an issue with the oven control board, part number PS11757373. The control board might not be sending the correct signals to initiate the self-cleaning cycle. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Top oven locked while self-cleaning and lost all power. I got the top oven open and changed thermal fuse The bottom oven works but top oven won't heat up. What is the solution?
Chris Boyle Profile
Hi Anthony, thank you for getting in touch. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking the upper oven sensor for continuity. If this is not the issue, we would recommend replacing the control board, part number PS11757373, to solve the problem. Glad to be of assistance!

oven temp wrong

Remove the oven door. Remove 3 self tappers on rear wall of oven to take off a round access panel. Pull out a pre-cut rectangle of insulation. Next I removed the 2 screws holding the sensor in place. Pulling the sensor out a bit told me I was "touching" the correct wires in the SMALL rectangular opening. The wires are not visable and 2 h ands do not fit in this small opening.I looked at the NEW sensor to see the release on the sensor plug. Slip the angled needle nose into the opening and grasp the plug/release side. The plug pulled apart easily. The sensor wire pulls out with a little bit of twisting to fit it out the hole. The new plug pushes in and has to be worked down to where you can reach it. The same angled plier works to re-attach it. It takes longer to read this than to do the job. Best of luck, Al
