The upper oven will not self clean it sounds like the latch is locking but nothing happens. I ordered a new latch and installed it, we ran the clean cycle and the new latch locked, but the cycle didn't run. Then the latch stayed locked and we couldn't open the door.

Hi Richard, thank you for contacting us. As you have already replaced the door latch, it seems that there is an issue with the oven control board, part number PS11757373. The control board might not be sending the correct signals to initiate the self-cleaning cycle. You may need to replace it to fix the issue. We hope this sorts out your problem!

Top oven locked while self-cleaning and lost all power. I got the top oven open and changed thermal fuse The bottom oven works but top oven won't heat up. What is the solution?
